• Rescuing Wolves and Wolfdogs for YEARS!

All animals up for adoption are listed below.  If you don’t see any animals, it’s because we don’t currently have any up for adoption and also have no idea when we will.  Please check our Facebook Crosspostings page–here and/or on our Facebook page–of owners listing their animal up for re-homing.

We’re At Capacity

As of July 22, 2012, we are currently not accepting anymore fosters or rescues–until further notice–as we are at capacity.  Please stay tuned.  We will post a post on our site, as well as our Facebook page, when a spot opens up. If you are a wolf-dog owner that is wanting to re-home your animal, we would be happy to add him/her to our cross-posting slideshow in an effort to help you get the word out and re-home your pet more quickly.  Please send your animal’s information to include pictures and a bio to Jessie Riggs.  She will also be able to assist you with questions you may have. Howls!

Thor’s Info is Up!

Woot hoot!  If you’re interested in seeing who our newest rescue is, well look no further; his name is Thor, and this boy wields gentleness instead of a hammer!  He is a peaceable, warm soul that wears his heart on the outside of his coat as well as the inside.  Check out his page to get to know Thor today! If you have any questions about him, please don’t hesitate to contact us at ncwolfrescue@yahoo.com.  We’d be happy to help you!  Also, check his page often for new information such as blog updates, pictures and even videos.

Wylie, Desmond and Dakota – ADOPTED!

Woot hoot!  All three of the boys found their forever homes recently, and we’re absolutely ecstatic for them as their journey in life begins with their new families (and, of course, we’re excited for the people, too, who are blessed with their new, loving addition in their lives!). On the heels of their adoptions, we have room for more rescues who are in need of homes.  The first one coming in, on the heels of their departure, is Miss Lilly. Lilly doesn’t yet have her page up as we are in the process of gathering information on her.  She’s scheduled to be spayed this Tuesday, the 7th, so we’re excited to receive her in to the pack right after such 🙂  Look for her personal page, under Adoptions, to be listed very soon! If you have any questions about our adoption process, please refer to our Adoptions page.  And, if you still have questions that wasn’t covered under our Adoptions page, please feel free to contact Sam Blake or Janine Busch.
